Compliance assessment/ Construction supervision
Egis Bulgaria has been granted a Licence No. ЛК 000717/ 16.04.2010 for compliance assessment of the investment projects and construction supervision. To perform these activities the company relies on its highly qualified specialists with long-term experience able to perform a professional compliance assessment of the investment projects, assure the receipt of a Construction permit, ensure the quality and lawful completion of the construction site and its commissioning. Both activities are regulated by the Bulgarian Spatial Development Act and related secondary legislation.
Compliance assessment of the investment projects
- Assisting the Employer in preparation of the necessary outgoing information for the future
- Consulting the Employer about the scope and the content of the investment project
- Responsibility for application and adherence to the rules and provisions relevant to the spatial planning for compliance assessment of the investment projects
- Ensuring the full coordination between different parts of the project
- Preparation of a complex report on compliance assessment of the investment projects
Construction supervision
- Lawful commencement of the construction site
- Completeness and proper drawing up of all statements and protocols during construction
- Proper completion of the construction site according to the approved investment projects and the legal provisions
- Observance of occupational safety and health
- Non-admission of third party bodily injury and/or property damage as a result of construction
- Establishing suitability of the construction site and its commissioning
- Ensuring the proper commissioning of the completed construction site
Other related activities are investment control and drawing up technical passports of the sites.
